  Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the field of building services engineering within the UK and Middle East and has extensive experience in retail, leisure, office development, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

  Stephen has led design teams designs on a range sectors throughout the building services industry throughout a number of countries including UK, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

  His design expertise include 11kV Infrastructure Design, LV Infrastructure Design, Small Power Design, Internal and External Lighting Design, Emergency Lighting Design, Security/CCTV System Design and Fire Alarm System Design to a variety of standards including British Standards and NFPA.

  Stephen has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Building Services Engineering and is a Member of the IET (MIET).

  Paul Crayford

  Paul has worked extensively in the building services engineering sector, having been involved in a variety of developments from aviation, commercial, hospitality and cultural schemes to high-rise design and construction projects.

  Paul is highly experienced, with over 17 years experience in the building services engineering sector, leading teams of engineers to deliver integrated building design solutions within the built environment. Paul has held significant leadership positions in international design consultancies.

  Paul thrives to ensure that engineering remains at the centre of all efficient and considered design. He has a clear passion for building design, with a deep appreciation for the impact engineering decisions have on the places we work and live.

  Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

  Hamish is a dedicated and experienced Building Services professional having over twenty years experience of Building Services Engineering within the Construction industry, and has extensive experience in education, leisure, office development, healthcare and residential across the UK and MENA regions.

  Amr is Electrical professional with extensive experience in the planning and design of electrical services for a wide range of projects from concept to contract stage in the Middle East.

  Amr possess strong organizational skills, an ability to multi- task and thrive in a challenging environment, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with an ability to liaise effectively. Accented with the latest trends in the industry, Amr is a competent and diligent electrical and electronics engineer with capability to handle a wide range of projects including high rise, retail, commercial, residential and industrial development.

  Milind Kulkarni

  With over 18 years of building services engineering consultancy experience. Milind has a history of high quality project delivery. Milind does have extensive experience of engineering design and leadership across a number of diverse projects including hospitality, commercial, residential etc. Milind is currently responsible for numerous Projects in the Middle east.

  Milind heads the Pune Office and manages all the design activities from India. Milind is a Masters Degree Holder in Mechanical engineering with specialisation in Heat & Power and a CEng (India) along with a Certified AP of IGBC.
