Founded in 2015, t2o pulled together significant corporate multi-national design consultancy experience to form a dynamic design led offering, focused on ensuring our clients are at the heart of what we do.

Sustainable Design
Sustainable accreditation systems (including BREEAM and LEED), computational fluid dynamic modelling (CFD), building information modelling (BIM) and advanced energy modelling which includes thermal modelling, energy performance certificates (EPCs), display energy certificates (DECs) and Part L compliance assessments (SBEM and SAP).

This is made possible through our Engineering Design Centre within Pune, India, which services all of our regional offices within the UK and Sultanate of Oman.
A dedicated design team from our Design Centre is involved in each project from concept through to production of construction information, to ensure a continuity of design and quality is maintained through each stage of the process.
